30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@huspearls.com with your order number and reason (optional).

2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid FedEx return label (free worldwide).

3. Pack the item in its original packaging, include your order number, and drop it off at any FedEx location.

4. As soon as we receive it, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method (usually within 1–3 business days).

Conditions for Return To protect the quality of our pieces, items must be:

• Unworn and in the same condition as received

• Returned in original packaging with all certificates and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry

• Items that have been engraved or altered at your request

Refunds Refunds are issued automatically once we receive and inspect the returned item. You will never pay any restocking or processing fees.
